For me, that was a LIAR.
Why?
Because most ppl are stupid and did not know above.
So, they think only 1000 persons in TH was infected.
Why the truth is only 1000 persons were inspected.

60 million ppl never being inspected and 20 millions got infected but 
never being reported.

To be honest they must say above truth in all news.

NOT given the whole truth and report only part of the truth to stupid 
persons was defined "LIAR" in my dictionary.

YES. I did เห็นใจ them much but I have to comdame the gov in not telling 
the whole truth.
