[TMG] true story about my home happen few days ago

several years ago, i let my home at ramindra to be rent at cost 5000 
bht/month.

It has a bad person rent it in 2549 and he escape by damaged the 2nd floor 
to let water to flood 1st floor and I have to repair it for 3x,xxx bht.

I did not allow anyone to rent it for year long until few days ago a 
friend of my advisee certify him to rent it at cost 3000 bht/month only.

He ask me to install internet from true at cost 590 bht/month.
The TRUE company call to my mobile during I am in a bus to KPS and I told 
her to go ahead to let KU student to install high-speed internet.

BUT it cannot be installed because old bad person did use my home phone to 
have internet and did not pay the cost several month before he escape from 
my home.

At this moment I ask KU student to have TOT promotion for new phone number 
and internet at cost only 590 bht plus 300 bht free call a month.

So far he did not inform me any thing so I cal KPS TOT to do the same 
thing because earlier I have to pay at least 700 bht a month with only 256 
K speed while new promotion can have 1 mb speed plus 300 bht free call.

My question is why not automatic changed the cost for honest TOT customer 
like me.

This also happen in UIUC rent that students have to change apartment every 
semister to have low cost rent.

Why world not reward to honest persons but give benefit to unstable 
persons.
