[TMG] Thai KDE Konsole 4.2.0 as a goft on makabucha day 2009

The hardest part is how to build the packages.

It was easy under fedura ubuntu debian and suse because s/o already made 
precursur for users but under slackware nothing exist.

It was extremely easy to follow slack.build because patrik already did it 
correctly but he did not make kde4 build. IMO: he against new s/w
he insist the old one as long as possible.
