I fwd your mail to TMG because I want to give good info to TMG.

1. don't use average value to judge what one better than what one.
Average speed in KU KPS now is 20 mb/sec but most time KU KPS can reach 
internet at speed 0.000 byte per second.
It have to use number of sucess/failure to measure persons/things quality

2. don't try to measuse my server using bit-torrent because doing so you 
become abusing giant.  Giant cannot talk to ant at speed it talk to giant. 
Most  bit-torrent users are simply ant that can talk at speed 2-3 k/sec 
only. That is reason why it will messed up the network to wait state.

3. in my experiment KU KPS talk to ahatthailand are much faster than KU 
KPS talk to itself or talk to KU BKK.

Why?

Because KU connect to ahatthailand at speed 100 mb/sec
While KU KPS talk to itself at speed less than 100 mb/sec most time.

I can ftp from ahatthailand to ftp.ku.ac.th at speed of full 100 mb/sec
And can ftp directly to all giant at TRUE with speed 1 gb/sec.

While KU can ftp to TRUE at speed 100 mb/sec only and most time speed drop 
down to 20-30 k/sec.

Most time KU cannot watch TV inside from tv.ku.ac.th because the network 
is messed up from blocking from lame bosses.

This blocking never exist in ahatthailand.org

That is reason why ahatthailand.org are much better.

4. recently good Aj become knowing by themselve that KU KPS network are so 
bad and some of them come to ask my wife how to connect fast to internet.

I will help to only persons that beleive in me.
I will not help to persons that beleive in KU bad bosses liar.
