[TMG] don't buy any seagate HD

I buy it 1 TB less than 3 month now 30% become bad sector and crash linux 
several times.

That is reason why I just find out method to speed up linux.
Before, I think it impossible but that is reason from bad seagate HD 
become bad sector.

So far, I test it and no more crash after seagate 1 TB HD was throw away.
It was 5 year warrenty but who care.

ps. I say so because last week my Aj ask me to fix seagate HD at his 
company too.
