In saying so indicate that you never listen to PTM :(

70:30 is 100% democracy and 100% are from fair election.
NOT what you biasly thinking.

At this moment 99% is election by money and 100% is election on area 
basis.

70:30 is nothing but dummy to indicate we can do better democracy that 
allow area base to be 30% or whatever and 70% is election on other basis 
like career basis. It is simply BLP or index selection that I told PM PREM 
to follow since 2527 !!!!!!!!!

Remember, current area base election system peolple in BKK have to go back 
to their areas and elect bad persons at no choice on money power that they 
pay to their parents. There is ZERO good MP candidate in rural areas.
I mark no VOTE for 10 years already for bad candidates in KPS.

For newly 70:30 system they will allow voting based on areas only 30%
or what ever proportion using selection index to have maximum correlation 
to aggregate politics gain (similar to aggregate genotype in genetics 
concept) It do has scientific support.

Labor in BKK not have to go back to their badly rural areas but voting 
good candidate in BKK instead.

Further more, students can vote their students candidate.
Soldiers vote their soldier candidats. and etc etc etc.

This is the best methods because it was geting rid off probabilty for bad 
persons to buy vote.

Today, few minutes ago, Prapan Khunmee just gave wonderful speech via 
ASTV. If you listen with analysis ability you will change your mind and 
made donation to PTM as I and Hui already did.

TMG waiting for your sacrifice and donation to our country as Kennedy 
always said a sacret words , remember ?
