[TMG] URGENT all internet in KPS is now confirmed broken

I am sure it was "ar ra ya khun kheun" by PTM
I talk to KPS internet director few seconds ago.
He say KPS was broken at Silpakorn university
which is a only single nose hole that KPS excecutive committee choose it while I against this bad decission since the beginning!!!
