[TMG] dead PAD guard was killed by bad cop

I don't know details but IMO: it was simply:
"chuad kai' hai^ ling doo"
Bad cop did so to make PAD to afraid them.

Why I say so?

Because it was exactly happen to me in the past 30 years.

If anyone in KU want to have power then they can made it easily by hitting 
to me.

By doing so they fire one bullet but get two birds.

One bird is to hit me.
One bird is to let other good birds to afraid to fight to bad bot.

Bad cop kill PAD gaurd that do not have weapon is nothing but what I said 
above was true.
