What is true problem come from?

In CHUAN era it was doing WRONG in asking selfish buffalo how many year 
you want free EDU and free milk?

SOLUTION:

If no new politic from PAD that will solve this problem in sustainable 
manner then it must has new laws to shorten header position period.

For me good period for each PM of TH now cannot be more than 1 minutes.
And let everyone be the candidate by chance.

For KU rector good period should be 1 hours.

In doing so no way bad person can have chance to do bad thing and solution 
will be solved.
