That is not always true.
OLPC has only 7 inch but can display 1280x900 resolution.
It can see all web in full screen.


BUT if did not set correctly fonts will be too small to be read.

I set it correctly so fonts can be any big and fit any screen size.
BUT in each screen it contain less text due to big fonts.

Only bad problem with OLPC is its bad keyboard.
(too small and 50% has sticky problem)
