[TMG] evidence on how bad internet speed in KU KPS is and why it was in need zxc555's project

Dear ALL,

I found the test at pantip so I test it and report to head department few 
minutes ago.

It was strong evidence why KU need zxc555's project to get rid off bad 
bots' slavery.
