BLUE print that it should be happen:

to our country.
5. gov gave honor banquait to 1 million PTM member and certify them to be 
NATIONAL veerachon of Thailand.
6. 1 million veerachon select 100 representatives to be Nation MP
7. 100 National MP made a dummy for new constitution 2551
8. in chapter 1 of National TH constituition 2551 it have to say:

"Constitution 2551 have to be under MORAL"
(moral are greater in important and stay over top of all laws)

If it has more than 10,000 PTM member sign their name any time to kick TH 
PM out then they have to be quit immediately.

1 million membership can be descent to their son or daugher automatically 
but if they have no kids then they can made words to inherit to any good 
person that was accept by 10 original TH nation hero.

9. The power and right of election belong to only 1 million hero and their 
descendant for the next 50 years or until it was proven that 14 million 
buffalo fell guilty and change their mind to support moral system.

Why I have to say above?

Because IMO: 1 million PTM at this moment sacrifice too much to TH already 
w/o want anything. IMO: all of them are born from god and we should praise 
them on high. Imagine they join 100 days war in peace and got a lot of 
trouble from bad Samuk's gov.
